Nirmala College of Nursing is managed by The Ursuline Sisters of Mary Immaculate (Amala Province), a congregation founded by Blessed Brigida Morello of Jesus in Piacenza, Italy with its headquarters now in Rome.
Nirmala College of Nursing is affiliated To Kerala University Of Health Sciences, Thrissur, recognised By INC & KNMC, a minority Christian institution, was established in 2003. It is recognized by INC and KNMC and is affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences. The college offers B.Sc. Nursing programme of 4 years duration with an annual intake of 50 students.
